^^^Like Gentgeen say's, posting roll everyday is the backbone of the site. This is where the accountability of the site begins. By posting in the morning you promise yourself and the rest of the forum members that you will not use nicotine in any form for that day. It's not a status update at the end of the day.

Then from there getting to know the other Quitters will strengthen you Quit. The more you become involved in the site the stronger your Quit will be.

Jump into July and post your promise bro! I know it seems too simple to be helpful, but take it from a guy who thought the same thing a year ago, support will empower you like you never thought possible if you'll really pour yourself into the philosophy here.
Think about joining - I tried quitting alone 30-40 times, but only quit once with help.
Just take the plung, I mean flush that crap and quit, Post your promise not to use for the next 24 hours!!! Then wake up and do it again tomorrow!!!
FLOOR.. 1..2..3..4..5..6..7..8..9..10..11..12...13..14..15..16..17..18..19

It is very simple! We quit for today! We wake up! Do it again tomorrow!! One day at a time!
We walk in each others quit shoes, it may be a little different but ultimately the same exact thing

Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.
