Congrats on the 3rd floor Jeremy. Nice job. Proud to Quit with you every day!
Just one and you will be back where you started.
And where you started was desperately wishing
you were where you are right now.

An early congrats Jeremy on 200 days quit tomorrow!!! You're kicking this thing in the ass! My youngest brother's name is Jeremy and he's in the process of kicking the NIC habit too. He quit cigs back in February 2013.

You and I have a couple more things in common. I also started when I was 14 and we've both quit for 8 or 9 months in the past only to start back up. Not again! We're going to make it this time! One day at a time.

Proud to Quit with you in July! See you again tomorrow!

Glad to see you're sticking with us.

The first few days/weeks will suck, but it's worth it. Keep pushing through.

Quit on.

I see you posted roll. Congratulations on a wise decision. Post roll daily, get some digits with your group, and make this your ONLY quit ever.

My name is Jeremy and I have basically been chewing since I was 14. Got really bad in my early 20's, quit once for around 8 month not sure why I started back up but I did. Have been trying to quit by myself for several years but that didn't go well, ran across this website and read through all the info and today is the day I am finally done with tobacco.
I see you made it to July and posted roll nice work! Now for the next 24 hours you must remain Nicotine free no matter what. All we have is our word here! Post everyday and start making connections with your group it will help you in this battle. If you want my number just send me a PM and it's yours!
