How's it going everyone, I stumbled upon killthecan by looking up alternatives to chewing cope mint, I'm 29 years old and reside in Acton, CA. I have been chewing for about 8 years now and first picked it up when I moved out of state to Idaho for college. I was a daily user, to the point of going through numerous cans a week, especially at work (construction) or on the baseball field. I read a few of the post before I signed up and decided it was now or never. I'm tired of spending money that I should be saving for greater things, I'm tired of the occasionally stomach pain that comes with chewing and I just simply want to quit for my health and my lady who simply despises it but puts up with it, not fair to her. Anyways I'm hoping I can meet some great people and get the help that I need to make it to the HOF and beyond. I just threw everything away that resembled chewing, even the empty water bottles I keep in my jeep for spitting into. Smh. Let's do this!!
I'm in your group and on day 8. I'll PM my number. Use it when things get rough (or when you just want to vent).

I'm still a newbie here too and it's early in my quit, but I can already tell you that these folks are absolutely right. Post Roll daily as early as possible, every day, and keep that promise. Utilize the numbers people send you!!! They've been through this and it will help!

I quit with you today!

Find the January ‘18 group, and post roll. That’s your price of admission.

Make your promise. Keep your promise. Repeat daily.,

Congrats on your decision to quit. You should post roll in your group PRE HOF January 2018 under quit groups.
Post roll early everyday and make that promise that you will not use nicotine in any form for the day. Quit one day at a time.
Keep your promise. Exchange numbers with others so you can build your circle of accountability. Take tobacco off the table
as an option no matter how bad the next few days get. Find something else to do and find something else to put in your mouth.
There are lots of alternatives out there. My number is in your inbox...upper right corner of page.

Proud to quit with you!!

Brian
