Been there. That rage is relentless. My advice, break something .... of little value with no small children around to scare. Even better, exercise. Go run. Hit a heavy bag. Lift weights. Go biking. Exercise.
Other good things, peruse this site. There is a lot of wisdom and flat out funny shit on this site thatt will help you kill hours and chase the crave away. Get some numbers and get quit.
