Welcome!
Very proud to welcome a new quitter to the group. I'm gb321 and I've been quit for 34 days now. I love the new life there is nothing I regret about it, everything is better and more enjoyable. Sure, it's tough but trust me there's no going back. Read the welcome center and get plenty of didgets and communicate with fellow quitters. Best of luck to you! PM me for my number.

Read 1-4 in welcome center.

Learn how to post roll today.
Flush the poison from your body, avoid coffee and alcohol for a couple days and:
Bottom right corner..... Click on “Track Topic” so you can communicate early here in your quit.
Any questions on posting roll just ask anyone! Its basically cutting and pasting and putting in your word that you will not use NICOTINE!

Great to have you here ! This is the toughest part - getting started on your quit and getting going on the beginning of your new life. It will be a new life, trust me. You want have to worry about spitting and hiding your dip from people. You will talk more. You wont have that nic bitch holding you back from doing things.
Did you get in a quit group and post roll yet?
Be strong and be glad you are now on the right track!
Permanent reminder of a temporary feeling...

Hey everyone,
Life story....
I started back senior year of high school and since then been a very heavy user. Tried to stop many times before and it was with no luck. College and work added fuel to the fire and made me want to dip. Over the past few mouths I have been reading on here and finally am taking the final steps to be dip free for the rest of my life.

Two weeks ago my dentist found white patches and come Monday ill be getting them checked again and possible biopsy.

It was a stupid idea on my part to start, just wishing i knew of this place sooner and would have stopped the first few times I tried.
Glad you decided to QUIT.
You will find the support you need here.
staying hopeful for your biopsies.
