Welcome Keith. Glad you made the decision to cut that crap out of your life. Post in June and read this site....get used to where everything is and get to know some folks and get some phone numbers with private messages so that you always have someone to call when the nic bitch tries to sneak up on you...and she will.

I quit with you and the rest of this crazy group Every Damn Day.

Welcome aboard..

Price of entrance is Posting roll. Let's get that done today...then spend some time reading. Lots of reading.
You spent alot of time using poison.. Replace that same amount of time quiting, work for it, learn, read, write, share, scream, cry, fight, meditate, pray, Exercise, change your diet, help others.
You were a professional nicotine user.... Become a professional nicotine quitter!
I quit with you today.

Today has been my first day without using any source of nicotine. I stopped at approximately 8:00 AM ET.

A quick summary of me:

- Started smoking cigarettes ~ 2005
- Transitioned from cigarettes to dip ~ 2007
- Found out about this message forum. Registered a name and asked a few questions (I have since forgot the username). I pussied out of the commitment ~ 2012
- Transitioned from dip to nicotine patches ~ 2013
- Went an entire day without nicotine patches - Today - February 24, 2015.

I know my story is not one strictly of dip or other chew products, but that is the tobacco product I used most. Might I join you esteemed ladies and gentlemen in a quest to slay the nic bitch?

- Keith
You can contact the admins here, give them particulars, and they could have recovered your old username.
Anyway, have you posted roll yet? You will be in the June 2015 quit group if not. Go to the welcome center and read how to post roll. Contact folks via the PM system to obtain offline contact info. Go to the chat room as well to get immediate help. You have to commit to the site as it requires you to be here every day to post your promise not to use nicotine in any form to your quit brothers and sisters. Plus post roll as early as possible. I post as early as I used to put my first dip in. Welcome Keith, I'll see you on roll call.
