Long time since I posted here, but I feel that I needed to share. It's been 5 days since I hit HOF and it felt great. What I also felt was craves. For some reason day 101 felt like day1. Some of the vets told me that I would experience some craves, but they were intense. I also have been craving for the past few days. Then the worst was having a dip dream last night.
I hate dip dreams. Mainly because of the guilt you have waking up. You wake up sweating and feel the guilt of having caved. Then you think, "shit, now I have to tell my quit brothers". It really take a few minutes to realize it wasn't real.
All that to say, always protect your quit. Stay focused on your goal and when you've reached it start another. 100 days doesn't mean you're done, it just means you've started well. My plan is to finish well.
