I got this quote off of Ready's signature. It is probably the best quote i have seen on this site so far.

"Hey, snowflake, don't take a seat in the life raft if you are not serious about saving your life." - Scowick65

Im am serious about saving my life! How about you?

Never forget how shitty that LAST dip felt. It was groggy, shameful, nasty smelling, and disgusting. Your brain will remember that "aah" moment when you first pinched a lipper. You need to remember the truth, and relive that last dip every day. This is how you avoid dip fantasies and stay quit one day at a time.
Your mind is a lying, cheating, stealing whore. Your body is a saint. Now, who are YOU going to listen to?

Sounds like your on the right path. there is no option to cave (put a dip in) on this site. Posting roll is the most important thing in your quit. You are making a promise to not use nicotine for that day only. Thats how you got to fight this shit, one day at a time. Log in the next day and post roll for that day. Take it one day at a time. Pretty soon your daily numbers start to add up and it gets easier. Fuck dip, you are addicted to nicotine so you are an addict. It is a daily battle, be strong, get motivated and gut check yourself. I quit with you today.
This is 100% correct when you post roll you promise us that you are here to fight by our side, then you live that promise and we ALL fight right next to you. You posted today I got your back today....
One other piece of advice. Get involved here. Help others in their fight, share your experience, support the people fighting with you. I am sure there is some smart quitter out there who can back up what I am saying with numbers, but all i know is the people that are on here a lot helping out seem to stay quit.

What will it take for me to quit this shit! That question would lurk in my head all the time. I would look at that little can of shit and think to myself "How can something so small and stupid control my entire being as a human?" Thats when it hit me! IT DOESNT! I am the creater of my own destiny. You can throw this shit away anytime you want!....... Well it has been 9 years that i have been thinking those questions. That little can of shit was always in my pocket pretty much controlling my mind. But there is one thing different today that is different from those past nine years. And that difference is i have 100's of people quitting with me today. Not just myself. And that one reason alone is a reason to quit. Not just for myself, but for all of you. So I hope everyone is as excited to get rid of that little can of shit as i am! And i cant wait to be in that high catagory of Hall of Famers. I am here for the long haul now boys! YEEHAW!
95 days ago I was the exact same way. I wanted to quit so bad for so long but never succeeded until I found this place. We are all in the same fox hole in this fight, welcome, you have come to the right place.
I will quit with you today.
