You can't just quit for your 5 year old. #1 has to be for you. You will see that on down the road. Can you hunt and fish without dip? Damn right you can. Look, I used to tell myself as did others that I couldn't live without it, it helped my nerves, I had to have it etc. Let me tell you something. All nicotine/dip/tobacco/evil weed is there for is to lie to you and tell you that you have to have the crap. So you run and buy more, you dip more. Here I am at day 448 and I'm proud to say that I'm a 100% less nervous without the crap. If you aren't posting roll you aren't quitting. Eyehatecope

I was so fired up to find this site and am fired up to see people helping other people. I promised my five year old that I would quit for her birthday, which is today, so I'm at day 1. I've quit before so I know I can do it but it's been about 4 years since my last quit. If someone can reach out and tell me that they've been able to quit and get through hunting and fishing without it, I would feel a lot better, as those are my favorite times to dip. Thanks y'all and God bless all of your kind words.

My favorite times to dip were when I was drinking around a fire with friends and every
night when I would cuddle up with my pups and read a book.

I have currently 21 days of reading without a dip in and 3 going on 4 weekends of drinking with friends DIP FREE!


The best advice I can give you is join up with your quit group and Drink more water then you think is humanly possible!!
