If one could count the number of dumb things I’ve done in my rather short lifetime, you would need a small army of mathematicians to keep track of all the stupidity.  Top of the list would be first time I put a dip in.

After 13 years of countless tins of Kodiak, I’m done.

I had my last dip on September 11th and actually just found this place while searching for some online help.

I think I am finally breaking out of the fog and my stomach seems to be stabilizing (no more sharp shooting pains).

Now my mouth is a mess with tiny white dots on both side of my cheeks but I’m off to my dentist’s office tomorrow for a checkup.  Hopefully this is nothing more than my mouth healing itself, but all I can do is look forward and not dwell on the past.
Congrats B. Quitting is the best decision you'll ever make. I had the white dots on my mouth and tongue too but it turned out to be nothing, just my mouth healing.

Click the salmon colored 'Welcome Center' link above and get your education started...Posting roll is key to being successful.

Keep it going dude! You can do this!
Thanks a ton for feedback. These “dots/bumps” have me scared to death and it’s comforting to know other have gone through it.
