I am a 34 year old user who has dipped since the age of 14.. I pry that I leave to be 55 and quit ...
Can't pass this one up! Must be for me and Steve8691. Pruett, Steve and I are both 55 and quit! I know at 34 we seem like old bastards but life just keeps getting better after 50. Lol keep up the good quit and you will find out what I mean.
I read your posts with pleasure. Any age is a better age to be if we are quit. I'm pleased to be quit for the past 15 days. I also started age 14. 53 years chewing and smoking. I'm 67 now and looking forward to being quit each day from now on... Wanted to wish other quitters well.....

KINGLONESTAR from the January 2013 Jackwagins here...I quit with you today.  Happy 4th birthday

So ,

here I am , Day four of my new life. I used to wake up every morning and stick my fingers deep into a warm wet dirty whore named Copenhagen.. Not any more!!!!! Now I wake up in the morning and put my fingers on a keyboard and pledge to my fellow quit brothers that today I will chose to be nicotine free, that I have your back and I know that you have mine. Thanks to all of you that have paved the road before me, who have walked the walk and talked the talk, and yet you chose to hang around and help newbies , such as myself kick this shit in the dick.. I look forward to accumulating years of post on this site, and to the many days I hope I have to take my life back, may one day come when I have quit for a longer time in my life than I had used..........................

I just turned 31 and dipped since 23, and pray to live to tomorrow(imagine an atheist praying, lol). You have no idea how mouth cancer paranoid I am, its seriously 90% of what keeps me quit at 13 days as of midnight.

and seriously only 2 of those 8 years were heavy 1 can a day dipping. my first 3-4 years i maybe used a can or 2 a week, once my girlfriend left me due to ignoring her for dip liazons, and I was alone to dip like a mad man, now I said fuck this shit and im quit, just like you.

One day at a time Dp. Thats all you gotta do. Congrats on breaking free, now lets stay that way
"CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco."

Looks Like you could have quit back in March? You could have a bunch of months under you belt? Why quit now? Anyway I am glad your quit just understand that you can and will never go back, not for any reason.
