Okay, so this is where we start. Today isn't Day 1 because I'm on patches and lolypops. Day 1 is tomorrow. I had my last chew yesterday and went with the artificial supplements today. The easy excuse to go this route is that nicotine isn't what kills you, it's the delivery systems. It's a lame excuse and I won't use it. I've been through 2 boot camps and 24 years in the military. Nicotine can only win if I surrender. It's a hell of an opponent, though. Starting tomorrow, all the toys get flushed and I enter the fog.
