Roll On Summerbuck....
Keep posting Roll every a.m. and your daze will stack up higher than a 150 year old oak tree!
It is very simple, but probably the hardest task you have ever attempted!
Simple as in: You're in the right place and the TOOLS do work!
I PROMISE YOU the tools will work for YOU cause they work for me every a.m. when I roll out of bed!
Post roll, keep your word, REPEAT in the a.m.
I am quitting with YOU today SIR!!! 'bang head'

p.s. read all of Scowick65 posts...he is a powerful explainer, motivator and a badass quitter! 'bang head'
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
It's poison I tell ya, You wouldn't drink Liquid Drano, would ya?

Just posted my first roll call, and my office computers have survived, but just barely...  Hard to believe that something that made me puke in centerfield the first time I tried it took over my life to the extent it did.  It was actually nice to get into my car this morning and enjoy the fact that the inside did not smell like day old dip-spit from the night before.  Always thought my wife was just nagging me when she complained about the smell.  Guess she was not.  Who knew....
time to focus.. you'll learn everything is better without.. last month I ate half a watermelon.. it was so damn good!!! My taste buds are actually alive again..
Good call. 1 day at a time.

Hello everybody. SO I have been trolling around for a week. I quit October 12 (2 cans a day of The Bear for 23 years), but this is the first is probably the first day where I feel close to normal enough to actually have the patience to not throw my computer through my office window because of my own typos. Just thought I would finally get around to introducing myself.
Welcome summerbuck! You can do this. It sounds like the suck and fog is receding for you. Make sure you follow Beans advice, read the welcome center material and most importantly post roll.
Fish, eat, sleep. Repeat.

Summerbuck,

Great to hear. Have you posted roll? If not, click on the Welcome Center and find your group (Jan 2013). Congrats on a great choice. Read all you can to learn about addiction and staying clean.
