It's already been said but I'll be brief:

Read as much as you can (introductions, HOF speeches, cancer storeis) at the beginning to submerge yourself.

Go to live chat when you get cravings

Take a lead in your quit group and just be on this site for the first few weeks!

I was a slave for 10 years. Dip was simply a part of my daily routine - it wasn't questioned. I did those things I listed and here I am, 109 days quit, I don't even think about dip anymore (except when I post).

You've got this -- just follow the group on this site and you'll be done with dip in no time.

(PS -- if stress is a trigger, don't watch any Met gamnes this year. they're gonna suuuuuuuuuck)
He hasn't logged in since the 7th. It appears he gave up... weak.
WTF! between the CAVE OR THE QUIT... PUSSIES

K maybe you didn't understand how this works, we post roll everyday! You posted 1 day and that's it....? The other thing that could have happened is that you are not man enough to quit. You put the chew higher than your family. You think you are a special butterfly and cannot do it. When you are ready to take your life back. When you are ready to be there for your children and your wife. When you are ready to stop worrying that you have cancer....let me know I will still help you quit. I know you are going to come back in here and read this....Please use my number.

*you must quit for yourself...quitting won't kill you but cancer will!

Mets#5 saw you posted earlier today.  It looks like you just posted wrong. Tomorrow morning just follow the steps below to post roll and make your promise to quit.

1. Login, go to your quit page, think about what you are going to post.
2. Find the most recent post
3. hit F5 or refresh the page
4. Press "quote" on the roll
5. Click in the box that has all of the Roll posts (the lower box), hit CTRL-A to select all and Press CTRL-X to CUT, not copy-if you copy, then you'll double post roll.
6. Click to the reply window and press CTRL+V to paste it in. Then write in your name, day and your promise
7. Press submit-done.
Thanks for the reply..I will try to help him...where did he post?
Mets#5 posted in June Quit Group this morning, but just quoted the the roll and it look like he was bumped from there. Mets, we got ya on the spreadsheet for today. I'm on day 9 now and looking forward to quitting with you.

Its simple when you break it down. Make your decision, and follow through with it on a daily basis. If you are certain that you want to be nicotine free there will be no reason to doubt yourself or fiend for tobacco. Come here daily and renew your pledge to stay clean for the day. Reach out to others if you need help or support. The sense of freedom you get once tobacco is no longer a factor in your life is amazing, hopefully you will opt to experience that soon.
We have nothing to fear but fear itself.

Quit for yourself first..Your kids will receive the blessings. There is no room for "hope this takes" this is a different mindset! We just fucking quit! We will be there for support but you need to dig deep inside yourself push your balls back out and do this! Don't take you anger out on anybody but us...We can take it and we're also dumbass's like yourself. Read all you can, post roll and make your promise. Yell out if you need anything!
