Lots of water, some pure cranberry juice - not the sugary crap, sunflower seeds, coffer straws, and stay busy. Find things to occupy your time (exercise works well).

This is probably the best decision you will ever make. There are a lot of men here that have succeded in being quit. I have been quit 101 days today.

You have come to the right place. Read everything you can on the site. Grab you balls and hold on for the next few day.

Day Two Its been quite a few years since ive started, but Im determined to quit. I miss it, I won't lie but I know I gotta stop. I'm so dizzy, joint pain, mild headache, etc. Im gonna keep on trucking through it though.
Welcome.

Congrats on the decision.

Follow the Welcome Center link...upper left. Figure out how to post Roll Call. But first, make sure you know WHY we post Roll Call (#4 maybe in Welcome Center). Then go post Roll.

Again, welcome.
