Last night was ROUGH. Had a lot of studying to do, first time since I can remember doing it without the Grizz. In the fog all day yesterday but I woke up this morning to work out and felt great...no headache, no dizziness, no sweating, felt like it had all gone away. Anyway, bout an hour later feel like it may be coming back a little. Either way, my quit is strong as fuck today fellas. Thanks for all yalls help.

Any of you guys have trouble taking a dump the first few days? Been drinking water like a fish and chewing seeds, actually helps the craving a lot. Almost to hour 21, going strong.
Definitely common.

Let's say that it was a natural lubricant. That dam will break and all will be normal.
I didn't take a solid shit for 2 and a half weeks. You'll get regular eventually. Don't worry too much. Just keep chugging that water. When it hits you get ready for Mt St Helens.
Oh Yeaahhhh........that first good shit after the first 2 weeks was glorious!

I can only imagine that you signed up with an IPhone and autocorrect took over, but hey, I'm ducking crazy too.

Anyways, man...welcome. Take your shoes off and let's ducking rock this. Water...take to it (like a duck to water). Exercise. Watch your caffeine.

Most importantly, have some fun. It sucks now, but it gets better. Make some friends and we'll pull you through the bad times and you can pull us from our bad times when you're strong enough. You can do this. I know because I am. I know because there are thousands here as well.

Rock on Duck. I slept till like 10 AM today too I feel ya. I must have slept 12 hours a day my first week. More time I was sleeping, less time I had cravings, I figured. I know not everyone has that luxury though. QLF today man!

"What would you do to save your own life? If you were fighting cancer today would you suffer through Chemo, surgeries, try new a therapy? change your diet, go to church? What intolerable hell would you endure to simply live. When you have thought long and hard about that, think on this. Why not apply that attitude to your quit. Suffer through the temporary discomfort of withdrawal to achieve your freedom from a slow painful demise via nicotine. Your in the ring already- fight like you mean it." - Skoal Monster 10/8/14
