Hey Brad, my story is very similar to yours. I dipped for 35 years and I quit on Sept 25th, 2016. I didn't find KTC until Oct 15th, 20days later. I too struggled on my own for three weeks. The worst is behind you, but you are not out of the woods yet, and you will never be cured. This is a daily fight, but one you can win. I will send you my number in a pm. Hi Brad! Your first day of quit begins the minute you quit. For example, my quit date is 12/22/16 because I quit at 5pm that day, even though I had shit in my mouth before 5pm. In any event, it sounds like you quit on 2/6 (or maybe 2/5?) which would make you part of the May quit group. They are located here: topic/30137057/80/?x=90#new.

Go there and sign roll. Really good job making it 21 days on your own, but you are never out of the woods. Coming here and posting roll means you make a promise for that day to quit. You stay quit for that day and then do it again tomorrow. Get to know your group (they are a good bunch). Go there and introduce yourself. I know they will get you hooked up.

Hi everyone! My name is Brad and I am new to the site but I am loving it so far. It's nice to find some support that is not slanted towards smokers. I chewed for 27 years and I am 21 days past my last dip. It still sucks but I will keep fighting.
