day 3...almost 72 hours and i'm still rockin!!!! my mind is playing trix on me though....alotÃ,  alot!!!!!! lol lol . i just look at the clock and say 10 more mins and go do something else.

sorry for the typos...but man....i'm jittery. what about coffee???

I can't tell you how to quit. that's your deal. I can only tell you what worked for me. so far. day 411.

quitting alcohol for awhile was key. it makes you stupid.

did not intend to quit coffee but after quitting da grizz i got so nervous and anxious that i had no choice. i drink it now. alot. but for 90 days or so it made my brain smoke.

day 6. i'm reading alot. i find that a few sunflower seeds in the right place and a lil squee-ze does wonders.
