Welcome

Cbird is a hardcore quitter. Listen to him

My instructions are simple

1 Post roll
2 Quit for today and today only
3 Repeat Tomorrow

That is it. Keep your word
You are going to go through hell but the other side is excellent

I understand that you're buddies with "Brianl" from the Dec. 2010 group? Outstanding. He would be a great source for your quit. If you need another, feel free to PM me.

You already know how to do this. And you've gotten great advice from Cbird and others. I don't have much to add.

Don't get ahead of yourself. Quitting is done one day at a time. If you commit to this, you really can do it. But it is going to take all you got...and then some. That's what we're here for. Congrats

Good on you, Gene! This is an awesome place to quit. Get numbers, post roll, and focus on one day at a time. You can do this, bro! I quit Grizzly Wintergreen 26 days ago and I hate what I used to do to myself for that bitch of a tin. PM me if you wanna talk.

I have a two year old and there is no better reason to quit. You will not regret it. I am on day 207 right now and if it were not for this site I would still be sticking poison in my face. Do what this man says.
thanks bro

Good story brother as I have kids I can totally relate!

I would tell you though that this quit needs to be for you and no one else!

Quit for yourself and be selfish about it and let those around you benefit from it but make sure its quit for you!

Carry on now and post in September2012 and repeat daily!
