Pain is temporary. Quitting last a life time.

Plop, I'm about 22 days in front of you. You can do this. I won't lie - the next couple of days are gonna suck, but then they will suck just a little less. The rationalization is the biggest danger right now. Just don't talk yourself in to it. Large quantities of water and exercise are your friends right now. Even something as simple as long walks will help ease the cravings.

i will pm you my number if you want to talk. Stay strong, my brother.
This place is amazing. Building connections is key to success. Just like a football team, younpush yourself harder as a team than you ever would individually. I hope the 2 of you exchange texts. In addition to posting roll, that is the key to success here.

Hang tough. It does get better. Like the flu, this utter misery won't last forever.

Day 1 of many to come
« on: May 24, 2017, 12:03:00 AM »
Hello everyone I am Plop, I am 21 been dipping for over 10 years now and also over weight and am quitting because of health reasons mainly my high blood pressure and possibility of stroke/dieing.

Today is my frist day I spoke with ben, jive, kdip earlier today and josh going over some thing I actually emptied out an entire roll of grizz into the toilet as jive instructed. That was probably the moment my brain lost it and went into over drive. I was googling stuff online trying to prove to my self that no "This is okay and safe" when in reality it's not.

I am on first day and went ahead and ordered a sampler from hooch and I just found my self rolling coffee ground up into a towel and using that as a "pouch" of sorts.

I am not looking forward to work tomorrow xD I can already tell imma be pretty grouchy lol
