31 days is badass, Good for you Dude! You should find your quit group and post roll. The quitters in there are doing great and will be stoked to see someone joining at 31!

hi my name is Josh! 31 days ago on feb 9th 2017 i had my last dip and threw my can out of the truck window. i promised myself i would never look back from that point on and i would put myself and my family first over a stupid can. iv dipped skoal apple for the last 10 years. i didn't know there was a support group like this. even tho iam 31 days quit im not of out the woods yet. i hope myself and other members in the group can help us all stay quit as we all know its not an easy road. best of luck to all stay strong
