Tough day for me, you guys. Just got back from the gym...triggering bad. Tried doing a handstand in the shower to get my mind of things...anything to break from the routine...didn't work too well...now I sit on day three with a busted ass and a foggy mind. Can't wait for improvement...Staying quit!
I have two comments first the "handstand in the shower" that is some legendary, foggy and absolutely hilarious stuff right there.
The second thing, is great job hitting the gym early in your quit. Very smart the harder you work in there, the better you will feel. The only two pieces of advice I give to guys early on in their quits, is to workout and drink a shit ton of water.
Please PM me if I can help in anyway.
That is hilarious.. thanks for making me spit coke all over my computer !! Not sure what the handstand in the shower was for.. but good for a laugh none the less. Just keep posting your promise and quit for today. Worry about today only!! Wake up tomorrow and do the same thing... normal will come I promise.

STAY QUIT
Greg
Please don't post any pictures!!!

Keep moving forward; you're doing this . . . .

Day 4 update.

Things are still foggy. Water intake is high, feeling of reality is low. My entire body feels weird. Had a similar feeling to this last year when I dabbled with growing a mustache. Clearly my body was rejecting it, and it let me know. Like now, my body is letting me know that it does not like not having nicotine. But nic can blow me. The only difference between the two situations, is that a mustache won't kill me, at least that I am aware of. Dip has ruined my life for the past 6 years.

Never again!!! Staying quit today!!!!!

I have two pieces of paper in my wallet still.

1. The contract to Give up
2. My quit plan

I have had them in my wallet since my first day here. I suggest you do the same. Any time shit gets wierd, pull them out, read them, and remember what you are doing.

Post your word daily. Keep your word. Repeat.

STAY QUIT

Spit my last hog, flushed my stash, and am mentally prepared for the long haul. You guys know the feeling I'm sure.

Nice work bro. Now is the time. There is no better moment to reach for freedom.

Get yourself a plan together bro. This is simple but it certainly ain't easy. Have a plan on what you will do when you are in your hour of need. Will you get on the site? Will you PM a quit bro/sis? Will you call? When these moments happen, a simple question sits right at the tip of your nose...nothing between you and it...will you choose life or death. Yeah its that simple and yeah its that serious. If you need help answering that question, you reach out.

You almost got it right, khobes. :D
I fixed it for you.

That roll call was all screwed up anyway. You're on for today. I look forward to seeing you post tomorrow.

Hey you guys, Khobes here, starting on my ruthless journey to freedom from Memphis ,Tn. Played baseball for 18 years, including 4 years in college...chewed for 6 of them. Graduated school and have entered the real world. Struggling to adapt... (Real world frowns upon dip fiends). I'm growing weary of being a slave to my habits and an embarrassment to myself. Looking for any kind of support I can get at this point. Hoping to talk to some people like myself and get to know ya'll (Nothing creepy please!)

Spit my last hog, flushed my stash, and am mentally prepared for the long haul. You guys know the feeling I'm sure.

Hope to hear from ya...

Welcome aboard, Khobes! Make sure you post roll in April, as I mentioned.

One day at a time, brother . . . .
