Len, I see you were on around noon today but still no roll. If you are afraid of messing it up, don't sweat it your roll brethren will correct it for you and help you get it down. Posting roll is the backbone of the KTC plan. Its fool proof! I am proof of that! You post roll, keep your promise to yourself and us and stay nicotine free. Repeat daily and you can't lose!

Keep getting through it--- each crave beat down is another victory. You're teaching the addiction that your hard head is going to win. It'll fight back, but you'll be building strength in your quit with each win.

Read all you can here to learn about your foe, the addiction. And make friends here to serve as support and accountability reinforcement. You can do this!

30 years and done

Ive been an addict for over 30 years. 2 cans a day. For the last week or so Ive used the patch and gum to weene off. Saturday May 2nd was the first no nic day. Last night was hell. No sleep, sweats, cramps....pretty much feel like shit today. But I refuse to give in. I always knew this hard head was good for something. 'usflag'
