Hi! I'm TashLyn. You can call me Tash.
I've met some of you before at the Quitters meeting in Missouri back in April, when my boyfriend, NickAld, brought me along. You guys didnt know it but I was 34 days cigarette free. As proud as I was of myself, it still had a hold, because I sat there with a "just in case" pack hidden in my conceal carry purse.
I did great at not smoking for awhile, but that pack was always hidden. Then I kept struggling with my Daddys death, while trying to help my Momma and my Grandma, and then a very close friend passed away way too young, and I had quit my job to be a stay at home Mom, but my teenaged son didnt need me as much. And life just sort of happened and got more stressful so I started sneaking cigarettes.
Then, I started getting sicker and sicker. In the last 3 months, I've been diagnosed with chronic bronchitis, asthma, fibromyalgia, colitis, and an electrical abnormality in my heart.
If I dont quit smoking - I WILL die. So here I am. I have my had a cigarette in 19 hours, I want one BAD, BUT I'm not going to. So hello ... day 1.
