hey Seth, You've got the logic, now GET QUIT brother! Nicotine doesn't make ANYTHING BETTER. It only fed our addiction, that is all. We are addicts to nicotine and can beat the addiction everyday by posting roll each a.m. (the earlier the better) keep our word til we fall asleep, wake up and REPEAT!!!
You can't buy better support than what you'll find here.
If I can do this, I know that YOU can TOO!!!! 'bang head'
Rock On Brother, get your QUIT on and I'll quit with you everyday, one DAY at a TIME and the dumbass dipper became a smartass quitter!!! 'zombie'
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
It's poison I tell ya, You wouldn't drink Liquid Drano, would ya?

Great choice, Seth. Take it one day at a time and you can do it. Post roll, keep your word. That's all there is to it, brother!

Head on over to December Pre HOF and post roll. You have got to want this more than anything you have ever wanted or you will cave in the next week! Why? Quitting is damn hard, probably the hardest thing you've ever done. But after 156 days I can say that my quit is only upstaged by 4 things I can think of: marriage to my wife, birth of my daughter and the birth of my grandchildren! If you want to trade #'s or if i can help in anyway pm me.
May as well get it right the first time. As said, go to the Welcome Center, learn how to post roll, and get involved with your quit group. There is no "try" just fucking do it. Own it, hate it, resent it, blame it, whatever it takes. Just take it like we do, today at a time. Contact me via PM if you're serious about this.

I've been full can a day since 1996. With job stress, I'm approaching 2 cans a day, 31 years old now. I always think it's funny when I buy Kodiak at a new store and the cashier asks me "are you old enough?" I think two things. 1. I'm old enough to know better, and 2. If I keep doing this shit, it will take its toll and no one will wonder if I'm "old enough." I've never really tried to quit, but for the same reasons posted on this forum, I've decided it's time. It's time to be a quitter.
