FMF,

You are exactly where you need to be. This site can save you IF you work our program wholeheartedly. A half-hearted attempt will end in failure. Post up early every day, and in doing so, remove the option all together.

Congrats on making the decision to quit. I'm 322 days into it now and to be honest with you the "deciding to Quit" part was the hardest part for me. Gotta jump in with both feet and trust that this program can help you become a Quitter.

I'm Quit with you today and will not put that shit in my mouth.

Hey fourmyfuture,
I joined yesterday and I'm 25 and been dipping Blue Griz for 6 years. I'm in the same boat. I need to see the dentist friday about a dark mark on the inside of my cheek and I'm praying its not anything serious. My gum line is pretty bad too and I always hoped I'd quit before I got any scares. Now I'm hoping it's not too late. Welcome man and if you need an accountability partner that will be going day by day with you, I'll need one too. I've "quit" too many times to count and every time I "quit" and fail it gets harder to quit the next time. I've tried cutting back, but when you have the tin around, it'll beat your resolve every freakin time. So welcome, good luck and lets quit being the nic bitch we are because it sucks and it'll kill you.

Been addicted to grizzly wintergreen for about 4 years now. I'm only 22 yrs old I've lost too much weight from chewing a can/day and my gumline is starting to look like crap. I'm tired of the this grizzly bear controlling my life. No longer will I go to the gas station to buy dip when times get tough. "there is no education like adversity"
Hey FMF,

Glad to have you one this site!

First you must know that not only is quitting possible, but it can be easy. As the vets will say "it is the easiest hard thing you will do".

Right now you don't know what that means, you will though. Quitting is about one thing to me. Do not use no matter what. It does not matter how hard it becomes for you or how much you want it. Just do not use the shit.

"there is no education like adversity"

You have no idea how important this phrase MUST become for you. When the shit starts to suck more than you have ever felt suck you need to beg for more suck. This is the shit that will help you stay clean.

Start quitting and a notice from me is that the two most important things I have ever done are post roll every day and get my phone number to people right away. I don't care if you just click some random name and PM your number, you NEED to get it out there.
