Hey fort the best thing to do is find a few nice vets that will give ya goo advice and ignore most of the bs in roll call. Mule and bman are great people if you feel like yelling at someone instigator is good for that he will take it and yell back but in the end he is a good vet to have behind ya.
For advice I have picked mule he always has a good word to say. Ttyl man have to go to work post in the morning and keep up the good fight

Hi wilderjjay keep up the good work you are not that far behind me. I us to chew a can a day for the last 13 years but have been nic free for 8 days now.
