Thank you for your service. It's not a habit, we share an addiction. Big difference.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Welcome and congrats on your decision! Glad to see you on Roll as well.

A few things that might seem nit picky, but youÂ’ll find make all the difference in the world. ItÂ’s not a habit, itÂ’s an addiction. Nicotine is roughly as chemically addictive as herion, and although itÂ’s not as acutely destructive, you need to approach your Quit with as much attention and seriousness as with any other deadly addiction. Some folks struggle to accept themselves as an addict, but itÂ’s simply not going to be possible to beat it without calling it by its name.

Secondly, you never Quit before. You stopped, paused, or tried, but a Quit is Quit. Now that you have posted Roll, that is Quit and it is the only one you will ever need. Nurture the Quit, love the Quit, feed it the good shit and it will grow up big and strong. You can find the tools to do that all over this site.

Welcome again and I look forward to seeing you succeed! Reach out if I can help.
Wake, piss, post. Then tend to your rack. I'll quit with you today.

Welcome! Lots of people here who hate nicotine! Get involved with you group and share some of your wisdom with them on quitting, what has worked and what hasnÂ’t in the past.

My name is Mike. I picked up this habit when I was 19 in the Marine Corps. It is a love hate relationship. The hate is when I'm on it and the love is when I'm off it. I quit for over a year in 2016-2017, but decided I should pick it back up early 17. I'm back to drop it for good. Looks like I will be posting with the May pre-HOF folks. See you around.
