Welcome T77,

The Nic Bitch will whisper in your ear for a while, you just have to tell her to go fuck herself. The mental hurdles are tough but you can do it. Have some seeds and gum on hand to battle back the crave.

Excellent!!

Nice work, another thing that may help you. You are an addict and you will be for the rest of your life. Nic will come calling often when you first quit. It will slowly become less frequent and severe, but she will always make a call. Be ready for it.

Read all that you can in the site, full of useful info on how to stay quit and the variety of funks, anxietys, and other shit that comes with quitting.

welcome aboard, if I can be of further assistance let me know!
Good job. I lurked around the site before I joined. I think you will find that this site will elevate your accountability. Post roll call everyday.

Tex - don't be fooled, you are craving the nic or else you would not be here trying to kick it. Congrats on getting through the first 72, stay in here and post roll. PM me if you need additional support.

I have been coming in here for the last few days since I quit dipping but just joined. I quit dipping Monday at 3 pm. I had been dipping for over 10 years at least one can a day of Cope LC. I will be 5 days tomorrow and it has been hard but no once ever said it would be easy. I have not really craved the nicotine that bad but the mental cravings have been a killer. My mind keeps telling me I need it especially when its a situation where I would normally get a dip but I'm making it through. I made it clear to myself that when I decided to quit that was it for me I'm not going back. Best decision I ever made.
