Great work on posting roll! Get active and stay active, it is going to be hard work but invest in your quit each day.
Exercise, drink water, seeds, gum, candy, toothpicks, etc.

Let's do this! Help everywhere you look! Get numbers and accountability! Post roll as soon as you get! Quit on!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

You go the last part right, because there is no trying to quit, only quitting. You and I are addicts, this is not a habit. Thank you for your honesty, please consider making a post in your 2011 group telling them what happened, why it happened, and what you will do this time so it doesn't happen again. In fact, getting some phone number of those dude would be awesome IMHO.

Done with the dirt! Day 8
« on: August 03, 2015, 01:56:00 PM »
Hello everyone. I have been dipping on and off since 3rd grade. Yikes! Anyway, I am now 45 years old and it is time to kick this bad habit. I have been very lucky with outstanding health and want to stay healthy. I am actually on my 8th day now being tobacco free. I even posted roll. Hopefully I did it correctly.
I must be honest, I have had this profile for quite some time. I quit for about 20 days and failed. I believe it was due to me not posting roll. I was not creating accountability for myself. So, I am going to do it. I am NOT going to TRY. I am just going to f'ing quit!
