Oh how I wish I would have quit when I was in my twenties. Didnt realize I had a problem until my 30's. Didnt become strong enough till now to quit at 47.

I am pulling for you. It will be rough, but it will never be easier to quit in the future. Ever....

Life becomes more complex and you come up with amazing reasons why you need to continue. Quit now and when you are my age it will seem like a distant memory.

Jake quitting sucks! Continuing being a dipper and being controlled by a poison sucks worse!

Quit today! Return tommorrow and tell us how your doing and quit again! Bring the fight and rage to us we can take it, also be prepared to take shit from us also! It takes big balls to quit!

Name is Jake, junior in college and I've been dipping since I was 16. I'm now 20 and my teeth and mouth is going down the shitter so I finally decided to stop making bullshit excuses and quit. Just threw out my newly bought can a few hours ago, and have scrolled through this site for motivation several times but this is my first time actually posting and taking it all as serious as it really is
