Anger is definately a part of it. Your body/mind is pissed that you took nic away. All of your emotions will be jacked up. Do your best to keep your anger in check and vent/rage on us.....we can handle it. Don't take it out on family, friends, or co-workers. This will pass and things will return to normal so hang in there. Let me know if you need anything, my number is always available.
VERY true about the pist part...hince pista=pistatmyself for starting in the first place. Welcome my fellow quitter. You got this and your gona be SO thankfull you found this site. We all here are. Congrats to you ! one day at a time. Ya need anything, just click on my name and shoot me a PM. Nothing prob. seems real to you right now, (the fog). Finally ready

I have been lurking on this site for a couple of weeks. I am finally ready for my quit! Last night I threw out my can after dumping it out! I might have gone dumpster diving! I have a MS duck hunt next week which will be tough, but one day at a time I will get this done! I am QUIT!!!!
