Day one down. Sorry for not replying immediately. So to do the February group do I like have to wait til February or something..? Sorry I feel so dumb...
No. After 100 days quit, you reach the Hall Of Fame. 100 days from now is February, so that is your group. Go over there and post roll. You post first thing every day...it is your promise to yourself and those here that you will not use nicotine today. Explore this place. Also Google mouth cancer and check the images. Stick around, it might just save your life.
Where have you been?

Flush it bro. Stick to the system. Rage, get pissed, drink the koolaid, stay quit, and you'll be amazed at the support you get and how good you feel.

Key item ----- follow the system. Flush it and QUIT ON!!

You made the right choice. Now put everything you think you know away and take heed of what the KTC veterans have to say. Turn your back on the Nic bitch and don't look back. You'll need help so make as many contacts on here as possible especially in your quit group (February). KTC works just like any other support group but since we don't meet face to face we tend to be more brutal if you fuck up and cave. So if you don't want to experience the unchained anger of a KTC veteran or quit brother, don't go back to the Nic bitch.

Ive been addicted to the disgusting taste of Grizzly since I was thirteen, and now at nineteen with family and my girlfriend being concerned, I feel I need to take this a lot more seriously. I have to kick this habit, I need to. I honestly would just appreciate a single friend or two who would text me just once a day to both encourage me and check up on how I am doing. I really need to stop, going through a can a day is just letting things get way too out of hand. Thank you for taking the time to read.

hey. Glad you're here. Take alook at the Welcome Center thread. Read through those posts. They are short and will explain a little about how KTC will work for you.

I dipped for 23 years, and I'm quit for 140 days now. Was it hard getting started? Oh yes, but I had some motivation outside of just wanting to quit. Honestly though, this site, and my quit group made the whole beginning part much more manageable. I'm never going to be completely cured of this addiction, but I know that there is support here, and they have my back and I have there's. So, you want success? Follow this:

1. Post roll every day without fail. Do it first thing, and do it every day. It is the most important part of KTC, and you must use this tool. You have to ask yourself is coming here everyday for like 2 minutes going to be something you can commit too? I can tell you that there are those that stopped posting roll after having quit for 500 days, and they are right back to the poison. Can you commit to such a simple task? Don't have internet access? See rule 2

2. Get some digits of quitters in your group. I suggest the person above and the person below you in your quit group spreadsheet. Just pm them. It's very important. Out drinking a few with some buds watching the game, and you decide you'd like to sling just one in, but you know you shouldn't. Call or text them. They will talk you down, and you will do the same for them.

KTC is awesome man! It will change your life, but you have to use the tools that are here, and you have to be a part of your quit group, and commit to literally 2 minutes (maybe even less) per day. Can you do that? I bet you can. I look forward to seeing you in the HoF!

Welcome, and assuming you have quit, congrats on making the best decision of your young life. There are plenty of folks (myself included) that have been slaves to nicotine in some form for longer than you've been alive. Don't be us.

All the support and accountability in the world is right here for the taking. Just post roll on the February 2015 quit group - that's the price of admission - and we'll get down to business.
Listen to this guy. He knows how to quit! Man, 19..... I wish you knew all of the agony you would avoid by quitting this shit for good right now! All of the years I threw away worrying about dipping tobacco. What a joke now!!! Get in Feb 15 like Tucos says and get this started. There will be a lot of support in there for you. Go in and take a look!
Hey man, save yourself $30,000, your teeth, your life, possibly your women. It's an addiction, and not a habit. Quit at 19 and move on bro. Post roll and get it started.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.
