Great choice! You have to quit for yourself...not for your hot-ass wife or family. (I think you mentioned that she was hot, or maybe I read that into everyone's posts)

Regardless...check out The Tom and Jenny Kern Story. The link is on the "Killthecan.org" link above, then at the bottom right...or it was.

Post roll, read all you can, and live free!!!

These are some bad-ass vets giving you free and sage advice my friend. Soak it all up, post roll, and let the good times roll. You won't ever regret being quit.

I quit with you today and every day you're willing to put yourself, your wife, and your girls ahead of cancer.

PM if you need some digits. It's a great way to get to know some of the guys and the better you get to know them, the less likely you'll be to dog them when you get a crave to cave.

Today I choose to quit because today is the only day I have control over today. Tomorrow is a new day and when tomorrow is today, I'll control it too, but not until then. I will win this fight with today...

Welcome Mike! Great to see you taking your life back. Check out the pale pink welcome tab up top there. It'll explain why and how we post roll. Your mindset's in the right place but that little promise will save your life.

Special thanks to guido for helping me get started. This is my introduction. I quit on Sunday, 1/5 at 2 am and made it through yesterday and stayed strong again today. I have a wife and 2'daughters and ignore them to dip. I am done! 38 years old and dipped since my freshman year of high school. Never again.
