Same exact night for me. We are hosting a big clinic - tons of coaches in town and at least half if not more in the room are dipping ALL DAY!!! Went and had beers after. Counted 7 of 10 at the table dipping. Felt great to wake up this morning another day quit and didn't cave like a pussy!!! Embracing the suck - smashing my balls in desk drawer - but not putting Copenshit in my mouth!!! That was a huge moment for me and rallying off of it!!! Stay QUIT

Passed a huge test last night, a bunch of us went to Buffalo Wild Wings.  Almost every single person there had a dip in, they kept asking if I wanted one, and I kept telling them no and I had quit.  That was huge for me!!!!  Now I'm on day 5 and feeling damn good!!
YES. Fucking yes. Outstanding. BALLS. STEEEEEEEEELLLLL BALLLLLLLLLS.

You fucker bring the quit. They are the weak ones. You are the strong. When they stick that can in front of you, you squint, give a Client Eastwood smirk and tell those fuckers "I quit".

FUCK I'm pumped. Good shit. Made my day.

PS. This isn't the lite site is it?

That's a huge victory, Josh, you are a beast.

And tell these so-called "friends" of yours to FUCK OFF for me, will you?

Tell them "Russ said he wanted me to thank you guys for being a bunch of pussies and trying to ruin my quit."

Also:

"He also asked if you guys could say hi to RAMDEEP tomorrow when you're standing in line behind the lottery ticket wino at the convenience store, waiting to pay 6 bones for your nerve agent tin."

Small victories, my man. Congrats. I was able to go to the bar last night, and the smell of cigarette smoke made me sick (usually when I cave, it's a cigarette first, then dip later...). And obviously, I'm quit.

Good being quit with you today.
Telling that dirty whore to fuck off since 2/21/2012. You can do it too. Just stop being a pussy and do it.

Well today is day 4 and seems to be going really well, haven't had a crave or anything. Been drinking lots of water. Ate a couple times this morning and never thought about a dip, seem to be making some progress!

Put on the headsets, crank it up, and tell the tobacco companies to kiss your sorry ass.
By the way, for those of you who quit long-term, I don't know how you do it without either:

a) music
B) spirituality ( God, etc).

Both are good stuff. If you don't have either of these, how??

Shouldn't have spoke too soon about it not being too bad today. I got some food and had a massive crave, but I fought it and got through it and now I'm just in a shitty mood. I'm sure it will change, no dip for me though!!!

Day 3 going a little better than the last two. For some reason I woke up with cotton mouth like I had been dipping, don't know what the fuck that's about. Anyone else experience that? Was able to sleep a lot better last night than the previous but I think I was so damn tired. Hit the gym hard last night which may have also contributed to better sleep.
Josh,

Three days is phenomenal. Keep it up.

You are going to experience all kinds of weird shit the next few weeks, it passes and gets way better, I promise.

Give us and yourself your word every morning and keep it, just like you've been doing.

Move around, drink lots of water, and do whatever it takes to keep that shit outta your lip.

The suck and this fog will soon pass, and things are gonna start looking a whole lot better.

Reach out if you need anything.

Dipp

PS: I am leaving what I said down there and not deleting it because I want it to be a reminder of how this addiction can effect your mood even 128 day out. I was craving, raging, and jonesing yesterday and took it out on you. Even though I feel strongly about what I said, and still do, I went about it the wrong way. But, there is a lesson in everything, so I hope we can all learn from what I said.

Everybody can relax.

Spoke with Josh, and he's just in the suck and foggy as all get-out.

Merged your intro Josh.

Let's get back to the quitting and supporting!

PM me if you need anything Josh!

Maybe my last post was a little 'high flying' and passed over a few heads. Let me clear some things up. Maybe we can chalk this whole two introductions thing up to ignorance, but, I think it is some type of cover up for the dooshbaggery in your original Introduction.

You sir, told us you were going to quit on the 23rd of February. We gave you the information, support and tools you needed to succeed. You disappeared, dipping for two days I presume because you did not post your day one until the 25th. Weak, very weak. And don't give me the emergency line that you did in what we will call Introduction #1. If there really was an emergency, I am sorry. But, there are emergency's happening to guys all the time here, and they stay quit. So, in our opinion, there is no good reason to put that shit in your face, emergency or not.

You dipping is not what I have issue with. What I have issue with is that you posted a second introduction. Weather you meant to or not, that part doesn't matter to me, that simple act is a big FU to this place and all that it stands for. The foundation of this place is accountability, when you hide your weak ass entrance to KTC, because yes, it was weak, you are not owning up to your quit. So, this is you, not being accountable for your actions. This lack of accountability spreads like a cancer. Both in you, and in other new quitters watching, because they ARE watching everything that is posted here. This display, tells new quitters (you included) that they don't need to quit today and they don't need to be accountable for their actions or their quits. These are the basic principles of this place, and weather you know it or not, you are shitting on them.

In my opinion, both of these threads need to be merged. You need to own up to your weak entrance, keep posting in your original introduction so that you can look back on this and see where you came from.

If you have a problem with what I am saying, PM me. I would be more than happy to explain accountability and why it makes this place work in further detail.
