Q, you owe a detailed explanation to everyone here for posting a day 1 yesterday and then returning to the e-cig that we told you to trash last night. We'll expect your response. We're a no nicotine site. We're serious about this at KTC. Life or death. Don't bullshit us and nicotine reduction techniques aren't welcome...or you can leave.
Don't post roll if you're using nicotine. Roll call and day 1 is for folks who are quitting nicotine. You're welcome to try your own method of quitting by using NRT, but it's not what we recommend and you may not post in a quit group until you are quitting nicotine.

Yell if you have any questions.

Hello everyone,

Today is my day one... had my last dip last night. Going strong as of now. Feels good to be back amongst those who have succeeded.
Great choice to quit, and you are right lots of quitters here, but what do you mean "back amongst"? If you were a member here before you need to use the same name and answer some questions...
If you are a first time KTC quitter, then start reading everything here. Welcome center should be first stop, and learn how to post roll. All the knowledge you need to quit is on this site, but you need to work your quit. PM me if you need anything.
Q told me in chat last night that he had just looked around but never joined. That still the case, Q? If so, again, welcome. If not, definitely some explaining to do.

Congratulations on making the best decision of your life. Welcome to the fun house. Best advice I can give you is to read everything you can on KTC. Also, post roll everyday as early as you possibly can. He as to November 14 quit group and pm the other members. Get phone numbers and start to build a chain of Accountability to keep your quit strong.
Make that promise every day Q. The only way to mess up roll is to not be on it! Congrats!

You need to head over to November and post roll. Get connected with them so you can build your support team!
