You join by posting roll call. Learn how to post in the welcome center. Go to quit groups, find July 12 and post up.

You post roll everyday! It's giving your word that you'll be quit THAT DAY...you see that's how it works, you quit one day at a time. Quitting forever is too much for us addicts to handle.

Reach out to others via pm or quit chat...

You can do this one day at a time, we have all done it, and all continue to do it...

Good decision on kicking your nicotine habit to the curb. This site can help. There are no short cuts, but here are some links that will help you navigate this site. Rule number one, this is a no nicotine site, period, end of story.

Biggest thing to do is get acquainted with this site. Highly recommend you go here: WELCOME CENTER

Go find your brothers in July and post roll- figure it out or ask. I'm sure someone will assist

You're going to want to keep this to read over and over. The long term effects of nicotine are different but this is a fairly accurate road map of things to come

What a great choice! KTC is impressive I've only been here 4 or 5 days and am on day 3 of my Quit. Go to the quit groups enter July bad ass quiters that is our group. Read everything you can especially in the welcome center. PM me ill try to help but I'm new too.
