I'm on day 10. I can tell you, hang in. Post roll. Take pride in posting. Take each day one day at a time. Know you still have some hard days ahead. Post roll, I can tell you each step you feel better, you feel more alive. Be quit.

Welcome. Find the April '17 Quit Group, and get your roll posted. That's what opens the flood gates of support.

Not to make light of how you're feeling (we've all been there), but it's funny how so many people's description of their first day dip-free is so similar to how so many describe their first experience using dip.

Spent Day 1 feeling like I was having an out of body experience. Felt sick to my stomach, light headed, and had a hard time concentrating at work. Hopefully day 2 is at least slightly better
It will be if you go to the Welcome Center and post roll. Read how this site works, and jump in.
^^^ That. Right there.

Gotta work it for it to work.
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.
