[Admitting I was an addict helped me imensely!  Once I realized the addiction I was able to understand that there is no such thing as "one more dip" because one dip turns into a whole can turns into I'll quit next week when I'm more ready!  That is the body talking you into feeding the addiction what it wants!
This is gospel. He is wise.

I don't want to live with this vice anymore.
OK......you are are looking for supprt and we are happy to give it! I'm quit for 50 days thanks to these guys here! They taught me the most important thing that has me successfull and strong in my quit.

THIS IS NOT A VICE OR A BAD HABBIT!

IT IS AN ADDICTION TO NICOTENE!

I'm typing it in bold for emphasis because it took me a few days on here tofigure it out! I always called it a habbit and "tried" quitting......it did not work!

Admitting I was an addict helped me imensely! If you quit today post roll call and be accountable......we'll help you with that!

Glad to be quit with you!

Just wanted to say I am giving up dip starting today. I have tried numerous times to quit and now is the time. I don't want to live with this vice anymore. I will make it work this time - I am committed to quit. I look forward to all the support from everyone.
