Hi all I'm on my 19th day of being free from a box and a half - two boxes of skoal a day. Been that way for the last 6 years. The first day was by far the worst day. But now I have bouts of dizziness and fatigue. I'm hoping that it's only from the quit and they will subside soon. I decided to quit so I can be here for my 2 little boys longer because they need me. Also I was having horrible heart palpations that all subsided the day after I quit. But now the anxiety is really getting to me but I'm gonna get threw this one day at a time. I will over come this all. Just found the sight and glad I did hopefully I won't drive you guys crazy because I can ask lots of questions at times, especially when the anxiety kicks in overdrive. Thanks in advance for any help and answered questions.
Everything you said your experiencing is normal. You poisened yourself with a norotoxin for a long time, and your body is now detoxing, healing, and adjusting. We like to say "Embrace the Suck" around here. Quitting is no picnic, but you can do it. Find your quit group and get engaged. The program for quitting here works, if you let it. You got this!

Hey Adsdad
Go to the Pre HOF October 2017 they are the quitters you will hit 100 days quit with. Introduce yourself and make your promise to not use nicotine . Then get up bright and early tomorrow and every day there after and make the promise again , and keep your promise that's how it works.
