Hi guys my name is Konrad and I'm getting through day 1. Been biting my lower a lip a little bit and all I can think about is putting a damn chaw in. Well not going to happen. I can say that going to the gym helps and going to work everyday as well, but the in between is whats killing me the most. If anyone has any suggestions on the lower lip biting and not thinking about dip all day I'm ready to take it on!

Really excited for a new beginning and to restart my life while I'm still young. I just turned 21 and I started to chew when I was around 15 years old. I'm from chicago so if anyone is around the burbs or city let me know! Thanks guys. Can't wait to fight this addiction.

Great choice. So many of us wish we could go back to your age and quit. This is gonna be hell for a few days. Pure fucking, dick slammed in the door, unadulterated hell if it was as bad as my suck. The suck is what the vets call the period of time you are about to enter and will last for... Well depends.... But it gets better if I could give you my eyes to see the world without nicotine for 5min it would make the suck easier. But you want to remember how bad it is to remind you NAFAR. Hook up with as many of your quit brothers as you can. Read read and then read more on this site. You can do this, I did, if I can I promise you can. I will quit with you day by day and hour by hour or even minute by minute if need be.
I would rather lose to a cheater than win as a cheater.

Post roll and hang out here and live chat for a few days. The first few days suck, so just muscle through and things will improve. Great choice quitting.
