Don't quit alone. Join your group and post roll. It just may save your life.
Post roll daily.

Log your experiences here in the intros, so we all can help you along the way. Good and bad. Plus it makes a good record for you and others to see one way that it's done.

Make a network- new quitters and old, for accountability and support. There are hard times, and you get through them with a lot of guts on your part and help from friends you earn here.

Learn all you can about this addiction you are fighting. "know the enemy" Makes the tricks less tricky, and makes you a better fighter.

Glad to see you putting yourself out there and introducing yourself- now quit hard man!
This info helped me early on, and still does today: https://whyquit.com/whyquit/linksaaddiction.html

Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Howdy all I'm currently 4 days quit. The 72 hr mark was a pain but proud that I made it. Dealing with some depression and of course the fog. But pushing through one day at a time.
Welcome! You are in January 2017 quit group!
Along with myself.

Head over and say hello.
Reachout if you need help.
Stay Quit. And make sure you post roll!
