Awesome. Stay true to your promise to stay quit today. That is all you worry about today. Keep your word to us. As the days stack you will feel the freedom from vice and it kicks ass!

You have to sweat, bleed and struggle for it but when you get there, you will appreciated how bad it sucked!

Hang tough and reach out. Never chose to dip. Always call and ask one of us for permission to cave. You owe us that.

Welcome and I can tell from your writing....you are in this to win. You will win if you apply the principles of this group.

The thunderstrom you're feeling is what we all have felt. I felt it yesterday at day 15 but feel great today. It will get better but you will also have days like that for a while. That's all they are is days. You are strong enough to get through it and live to fight the next day. Reach out, post, get in chat if you feel like caving. THAT is not an option. Stay quit and you will feel better than before.

Your heading "it feels good to be done". It does and it will but there are a lot of days when it will feel like hell! That fog and headaches will pass soon that's part of the physical withdrawal! Take time to read all you can especially in the "words of wisdom" and "HOF speeches". Pm me if I can be of any help! My 40 yr security blanket is gone againtoday also!
