Cody, what's up man? I see you've been lurking. You should be 21? days quit, correct? Feels good, doesn't it? It's an incredible feeling to know that when you wake up everyday that you're nic free, a poison does NOT control you anymore and you are fighting YOUR addiction 'eh? Also the fact that you've saved around $600.00 has got to feel damn good.

Come join us Cody. You can't fight this on your own, it doesn't work man. You need KTC and KTC needs you.

Welcome to the best quit site available. You've flushed the nic from your bloodstream, so from this point on, it's just a mental battle. Get your head in the right place and this becomes a much more pleasant path to walk. You failed in the past, but that is not who you are any more. Nicotine is not even an option. Don't look ahead too far. Stay quit today. That's so easy that any idiot (me, for example) can do it.

I was in your shoes once. I took a break from chew for a while, then let stress at work turn into an excuse to start back. There will always be some stressful situation going on or some problem in life. Just remember that 1 problem + nicotine = 2 problems.

Shoot me a PM if I can help any way.

Hello folks

How's it going guys?! the names Cody, 28 years old from Alberta, Canada. Approaching day 5 of kicking this awful 12 year addiction right in the ass! I have been thinking about quitting over the past few years off and on, and in the past year the thoughts to do it were getting stronger, but I had to be in the right state of mind. A state where my desire to quit fully overcame my desire to fill my lip, and that day came. So here I am. I had failed at quitting about 8 years ago I quit for 2 years, and bam, some stressful stuff happened in my life ( not blaming it on that, it was my weak will power) and I was right back at it. I must say, quitting this time is night and day harder than last time. But I won't make excuses, I know I can beat this and I will do just that! Not to mention having an extra $900 a month in my pocket will be pretty damn awesome. Yep that's right, 28 dollars a tin here.

Nice to meet you guys and I look forward to chatting with some like-minded people!
