After having back surgery in january and laying in the hospital bed for 3 days and thinking i would dye if i didn't have a dip  well i came out better then i thought but here comes the dipping once again due to my doctor wanting me to quit i tried and tried again but with out any support  i would cave in up until 12 days ago i decided enough was enough and have been dip/chew free sents then..
Now i only have one little problem ....... how do i quit chewing gum ( think i need to buy some gum stocks)  'crackup'
12 days is freaking great.

And to answer your question...who cares how to quit chewing gum.
Last time I checked gum will not kill you. Great work on the 12 days !!! Now get active and stay quit.

You can supplement the gum chewing with seeds, fake, toothpicks, straws, candy, whatever you need as long as it does not contain Nicotine !!!

STAY QUIT
Don't feel bad have the same addiction now to gum but would rather have it as a supplement then the real thing. Besides I am sure your breath is 20 times better.

Gum's not going to kill you (better not be nic gum) , tobacco will!!! Get off the tobacco and worry about quitting the gum later.
