Almost to day 14. Holy. Shit.

Two weeks is a nice milestone. It was when the fog would lift for me every now and then. Stay on guard though, the nic bitch is always on the prowl.

I quit with you today!

I'll support you every day but December 31st, that is when the mighty Spartans will crush your NT dreams. I'll always have your back for quitting however, all it takes is a roll post.
Ha-ha Twort many have been unsuccessful, I feel your Spartans will join the rest of the fallen
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

Just count every single day you stay quit as a win and when a new day dawns, make a point to add another win to your stats. Eventually you'll be where I'm at today and I'll be at my first comma by planning to win every day. All you gotta do is want to win and you will.

For crying out loud! There always has to be at least one Bammer. That said, I'm quit with you. Be here early tomorrow and read a lot. These first few days suck ass!
Make that 2 jade! You need to do what the Tide refuses to do, Quit! Stay in here reading posting learning and stay close to your group! Exchange numbers and get a brother every day to text with you your promise, it helps. If you want this you will succeed, if you go at it half ass you will fail! We have the tool's but you have to learn them and use them! Posting roll as soon as you wake up is crucial. Do not make excuses ,there like assholes everyone has one! Best damn choice you have ever made! Quit on! Damn proud to be quit with you today! One day at a time (odaat) that's how we do it here!

Great advice above. Follow the lead of the vets. I know its hard to imagine posting a promise to a bunch of people in a chat forum is more powerful than how we "promised" wives, kids, parents, friends....but lemme tell you it is. I refuse to let my group of DOGS down. Period. I post my promise while taking my morning piss, from there i don't have a choice. No nic is the only option. Reach out to anyone on here when you are struggling, and someday you will be able to pay it forward to the next group of quitters. For now, do this for YOU, EDD.

Go to the Welcome Center and Read Everything in there. It will tell you why we post roll everyday and how to do it.
Posting your promise with your quit group not to use any nicotine today is the foundation of this site and why so many have finally quit here after hundreds of failed attempts.
You will be in March 2016 quit group because in March you will reach 100 days quit. That is called reaching the Hall of Fame.
Read, Read, Read, everything in here. This place is a goldmine of quit knowledge and inspiration. After 24 years of dipping finding this site finally gave me the strength and support to really finally quit!

Let me rephrase. I found this site about a month ago and only read a few articles. But today is the day I have decided to quit and start on this forum. What do you mean by Roll by March '16? Im done today.

Hello everyone! Thank goodness I found this site. Ive been on the site for a month and tried quitting last month but it only lasted 36 hrs.. Hopefully I can make it forever this time.

I have been dipping for 10 years on average 1 can a day. Smokey Mountain is helping the cravings but to me it is in no way similar. Wish me luck!!
If you've been reading in here for a month it doesn't seem you have been paying attention to how we talk and how we do things. We are badass, cold turkey quitters. We don't use words like "hopefully" or "tried" or "luck" We post roll EVERY DAY and we lean on each other to stay quit one day at a time. Get yourself on Roll with March '16. You can do this!
