We will combine your intro.

You keep posting roll.
Just focus on today.
Drink water.... And read.
Replace spitting with reading.

I quit with you today.

Hell yeah I am. Haha, I think it took a few minutes to show my other post so I retyped it, and couldn't figure out how to delete one of them. Some kind of special right now. :-/

Hey guys new here. Quit 12 yrs of smoking in'09 w/ chantix bc it was the only thing that worked. I picked up dipping in 2010/2011 like a genius, and now am just fed up with being a slave. I realized that I can't let nic control me the rest of my life, as I would try to get it in any form just for the fix. I quit CT 14 days ago  shocked I made it this far. I am determined to do it this time for good. Current symptoms are bad anxiety  very sore gums just under my bot front teeth w/ few ulcers
And I think you might be having a lot of fog as well as I just responded to your other intro thread. :D

Hey guys some backstory..I smoked for about 12 yrs and tried everything to quit. Chantix was the only thing that worked for me in 2009. I started dipping in 2010/2011 like a genius. Time flys and now I have been dipping for 5 yrs. I am tired of being a slave to this and having the constant control over me. I quit cold turkey 14 days ago and am shocked I have made it this far. Symptoms are anxiety and very sore gums under my bottom front teeth with a few small ulcers.
14 days is awesome Canthecan! That is a day longer than I have quit. You are kicking ass brother.

Your mouth is healing. I still have a bit of a numb tongue 13 days in but it does feel better than it did last week when most of my mouth was numb.

Vow to yourself to never be a slave to tobacco again. I saw your post in the December roll today. Do it again tomorrow and make it 15 days. One day at a time. Post roll every day so we know you did not cave - and to promise yourself that you won't cave. I can't wait to see your name in roll with my name tomorrow.

The December group seems to get larger each and every day. We will be an unstoppable group of quitters and we will stick together always! B)B

I quit with you today!
