About 4 years ago I quit dipping. I stayed quit for 1 year and then started back in one moment of weakness. WTH??? How can something have that kind of hold on a man? Anyway, I am on day 4 and everything's fine. It's almost like I know I can beat this for a year, but can I win long terrm? Anyone with experience here please chime in. Thanks!
How mortifying! Guess what? Are you perfect? I'm not, and neither are you. You're gonna catch some hell over this here, but you won't catch it from me. Get back on this thing, and own it! Good luck to your new quit. I hope you can learn from your mistakes, and beat it for good this time.
Hey Brother-
Here is some advice for you. I had 1750 days Quit. Then in a moment of weakness I had a cigar. Now I'm on Day 3.
Never be complacent.

^^^what Pab said.....first of all Welcome!....you've come to the right place...i dipped for 29yrs before i came here...i'll be posting up a day 161 tomorrow....it can be done......bottom line is you have to want this....you have to do this for yourself.....no one else...it has to be for you.....wake up everyday and post roll....make that promise to your self and your quit brothers that you will not use nicotine that day.....do this every day.....Posting Roll every day is the most important thing you will do......go the the welcome center (forum/55560/) and read how to post...dont be afraid to fuck up the roll...only way to really fuck up your daily post is not to post....I quit with you today and everyday!
