What's up guys, I'm 27 years old, and have been chewing since I was 16. I am married with two kids and want to be around to be their dad for a long time. I've tried to quit several times, but now I am ready to get serious! Thanks in advice for any tips/support I will receive.

Best thing about withdrawal is it only happens once because you're quit.
