I think I just went through the 25 funk period on the weekend.

- couldn't put 1 and 1 together to save my life
- craving like a MF. Stuffing my face with anything edible i could find
- mad like hell.

I think that constitutes a funk.
good now again.

basshaug mentioned the funk schedule today. supposedly hits everybody, on schedule more or less on days
25
70
125
180 and
300

I caved in the past because I was unprepared for a funk (or at least that's what I now think it was, a funk).
what do you guys know about this schedule of the funk train?
i am due for my first one in +/- 2 days
On day 75 and I can say I've been in a bit of a funk the last few days. There were also quite a few guys in the mid 50s that hit a funk. Other than that I would say that schedule looks about spot on to what I've read from other guys.

Quit on.

You quit like fuck when you're in the funk. You hunker down and get in chat. You text your quit group and get support. If all else fails, pull out the meat tenderizer from the kitchen drawer, lay your balls on the kitchen counter, pull up a big swing, close your eyes and whack your nuts one good lick. You won't want to dip then. In other words, you stay quit no matter what it takes.

Fucking awesome

Deerman I'm going through the "funk" right now over the past several days, on Day 29. I'm doing exactly what has been said here and it's working for me! I've chewed more gum in the past two days than I have in the last 28 days. Staying completely out of the gas stations and paying at the pump with no excuses to go inside for anything else. Stay quit and reach out to your quit brothers when needed.
Shit man. Pull through alright?
